WHY oh why am i not getting my period ! someone please help?

Im very anxious because i haven't gotten my period. i found out i have a cyst on my left ovary, but the hospital said its shrinking and its already tiny to the point where they could barely see it. but what im trying to say is that it didnt pop up out of no where, and i've gotten my period every month before this one. I also had unprotected sex May 16 and i was due for my period June 2. it still hasn't come. it comes regularly ALL THE TIME - no matter what. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests (first Response) on May 27, June 3 and June 6 and they all came up negative . I called the gynecologist and they said to wait until i miss July's period, but im simply impatient and annoyed that i don't know whats going on, and i just got checked for std's so i know im in the clear. can someone tell me what i should do ?!?
