Is our relationship meant to be?

I think that he is not fully ready to be committed if he still is back up to his old ways. im somewhat in the same situation. my boyfriend is a huge flirt and then he calmed things down to get serious with me and we have been going steady ever since but like before he became committed we struggled sooo much. but hang in there. dont give sooo much feeling and emotion to it. you could sit him down and have a genuwine conversation about the situation...well since the distance is an issue then call him up and make sure he is doing absolutely nothing and really really talk. give him a while to think about everything and then make him make a decision.... if you want you can find another male friend to keep your attention until he comes around and if he doesnt come around soon enough then just move on because these males now a days need to learn that everything doesnt always happen on their watch. we have lives too and we want that relationship and commitment. i hope everything goes well.
