Which Gender is more prone to Mental Instability?

We know as a TRUTH that a large % of women suffer from PMS, Menstrual Cramp, Hot flash, Post Partum Depressions , and they are less Logical than Men (in general-& it clearly reflects in their much weaker Math-Science-Tech performance, at all levels, as a group)
