When I cough my windpipe gets hurt or something and I can't breathe?

I have had bronchitis for 2 weeks, and it is now the 3rd week and it is settling down. But I have this cough still, sometimes it's hacking, sometimes it's not. Hey guys, okay, so lately i've had this weird paranoid feeling of going out anywhere alone. Don't get me wrong, i can be in places by myself, but with people around me if that makes sense, but i'm talking about, say, going for a nice walk to the park or some place where there is no witnesses to hear my screams if somebody were to attack me. When a visitor comes to the door, and i tell him its alright, he'll settle completely down, but only if its a woman. If its a man, he will just bark himself out, whimper, and keep smelling them (mainly near their crotch, soooo embarrasing), while i have him by the collar and pull him back. Birth control pills causing severe depression?

I am 15 years old and I have a family history of bipolar depression on both sides of the family. Recently it had been well controlled (no anxiety attacks, no harsh mood swings, no suicidal thoughts or actions, etc.). I have always had a very heavy, painful period. My cramps immobilize me and I get severe migraines the day before my period. My gynecologist recommended that I start a birth control regimen to regulate and lighten my period, so she prescribed me BeYaz and Naproxen 500 mg (I don't take the latter because it causes excessive joint pain). Ever since about a week after I started the pill I had been very irritable and moody, and recently it has progressed to the point where I cry all the time and sleep all day. The only thing I can compare it to is depression. I was wondering if it is all due to the certain pill or if it is entirely because of my preexisting condition. I want to fix it, but I cannot come off of the pill as I do not want to have to experience a painful period again and I have recently become sexually active (I don't want to hear it, it was a choice all on my own and I am in a very stable, happy relationship). Friday morning my 2 year old yorkie threw up yellow bile, which was not normal for her. She did it again Saturday,Sunday,Monday and Tuesday morning and was fine for the rest of the day afterwords. I took her to her vet on Tuesday afternoon and he felt her stomach and listened to her heart. He said to put her on a special diet of boiled chicken mixed with white rice and see if it settles her stomach down, hoping she might have just ate something that didn't agree with her stomach. He said if she was still sick by Thursday to bring her back in for blood tests and what not. I made her the food and she did fine on it last night and this morning and when i got home from work she had thrown up the food i gave her and had really bad diarrhea. Its later so my vet is already closed. Does anybody know what could be wrong?

I recently downloaded and installed the patcher and yesterday settled on a theme. It appeared in my drop-down list under properties>appearance>windows and buttons (from the desktop). I was able to choose it and have it work yesterday, I restarted my computer fine and all but when I came back to change my background today the theme dissapeared and went to windows classic theme. Anyone know what went wrong and what I can do to fix it? Thanks.

Vaginal Tearing Symptoms?

My husband and I were having sex approximately 2-3 days ago and it got a little rough. We stopped in the middle because he was hurting me so badly. Well, ever since then my vagina has been itching, and just have a lot of discomfort down there. Lump seen on CT Scan...Now what?

I've had diahrea and bloating and abdominal pain for over 3 months now so I was sent for an abdominal and pelvic CT scan with contrast on Friday. I just got a call from my GI doctor that my stomach looked OK but that a "lump" was seen on my vaginal wall and that he wants to contact my gynecologist ASAP about this. It measures 1.6 cm and he doesn't feel this is causing my stomach problems at all. Should I be worried? I'm 35 years old. When I asked what to do about my stomach he said we need to deal with this first.

I have a friend who has really screwed up eyes. When he talks to you it's like he stares right through you. I had braces a couple years ago (and are about to get them again because one of my teeth needs to be pulled down so it will come in) i never had a lisp when i got my braces taken off, i don't think it will stay but i would try practicing saying words with s's like "Six" (like you mentioned) and see if it gets any better if not i would ask your orthodontist why you have a lisp. Accidentally scratched other vehicle's front while backing. What are the next steps?

I felt very stupid when I accidentally hit the other vehicle from the front side while backing up in the parking lot. My vehicle got most of the scratching but the other vehicle's front corner got some scratches too. I was too busy looking at my own car scratches that I didn't notice the other car got scratches too. Flesh colored bump on inner lip of my vagina?

I just noticed a have a small flesh colored bump on the inner lip of my vagina and it's pretty sore. It's about the size of a pea. I just went to the gynecologist about two weeks ago and they checked everything and said I don't have herpes or anything like that. My 6 month old has me up in the night every 2 hours HELP?

My baby use to sleep from 7pm until 1am, have a bottle at 1am then sleep until 7am which was not bad at all. Now for the past 2 weeks he's been waking up every 2 hours. I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of. His usual bedtime is 7.30pm so I've tried putting him to bed a bit later, I've bathed him before bed every night with lavender oils, I've tried to feed him up as much in the day as I can. I've tried to keep him active as much as I can during the day, I even bought a baby bouncer jumperoo to see if that would tire him out, he uses that A LOT and is sooo active but still wakes up during the night. I've taken him for walks just before bed. I've put him on hungry milk, I've put him on goodnight milk. He barely even naps in the day and if he does its for like 10-20 minutes at a time, he just has sooo much energy!! It seems like when he does wake up in the night that he's not even hungry, he will just have 1oz of milk then go back to sleep, but will not go back to sleep until he's had that 1oz. He spits him dummy out and refuses to have that instead of milk. The room temperature's right for him and everything, his diet is fine, he has a rusk and milk before bed to ensure he's settled and full. I just don't no what to do anymore. I' am completely destroyed, and there's never a break for me as my partner works a lot and its difficult to get a babysitter. PLEASE HELP? I will appreciate and take any ideas on bored! Thank you :)

I rescued a yearling stud colt, well I BOUGHT him and his same-aged pasture-mate, two days ago. They are both very underfed, but very good natured. Why am I suddenly getting my period twice a month?

Ever since I could remember I've had my period once a month. In April I had it from the 7th to the 13th. Then in May I had it from the 2nd to the 7th. That's fine. It was just one week. The reason I've never been is because I've never been very sexually active and actually dislike sex. So I guess the thought of someone probing down there makes me standoffish. My 18 year old sister had sex on the 26th of last month with her boyfriend. (She had a pregnancy scare in March this year) She decided to use the same method that almost got her pregnant last time. Father dying of cancer but has perforation of esophageaus and Dr.'s won't perform surgery?

My father is terminal with multiple forms of cancer. Doctors have no grasp on how long he may live. He currently is on a vetilator (but awake) and can communicate via writing, eye movement, head nods, hand signals. He has indicated that he wants any measures taken to continue his life as long as possible. Even if the outcome is painful, uncomfortable, or may only last for a few weeks/days then he'd have otherwise. He would rather die TRYING to live, then live waiting to die. The Dr.s in the HUP (philadelphia hosp. sys) have conviended and decided that because of his overall instability, and overall outcome that they will not perform any surgery to attempt to remedy the perofration he currently has. Some of these same Dr.s wrote articles giving detailed descriptions of what should be done for patients just like my dad. It seems the way the Dr.s communicated to my mom that their main reason for not performing any surgery is that his overall life expentacy is very short; therefore not making it worth the cost/time ect. My dad wants the surgery if for nothing else, to get his dying overwith faster. He doesnt want to live for days/weeks on a ventilator laying in a bed. Do the Dr.s have the right to refuse to perform the surgery. Or are they obligated to do it? His insurance will pay for the surgery so cost is not the issue.

I have been on Loseasonique for about a year and was recently prescribed doxcycline for a skin condition. My dermatologist told me that a back up form of birth control was needed until my next placebo week (8 weeks away, eek) but my gynecologist assured me that the oral contraceptive/antibiotic rumor was a myth. I usually only rely on Loseasonique and the pull out method but, being cautious, I do plan on using condoms as well while using the antibiotic. Why am i not getting a period !?

Im very anxious because i haven't gotten my period. i found out i have a cyst on my left ovary, but the hospital said its shrinking and its already tiny to the point where they could barely see it. but what im trying to say is that it didnt pop up out of no where, and i've gotten my period every month before this one. I also had unprotected sex May 16 and i was due for my period June 2. it still hasn't come. it comes regularly ALL THE TIME - no matter what. Question about hiv test results?

I went to the gynecologist yesterday because i wanted to get tested for HIV because although i have been with the same partner for almost 6 years and neither of us have had any other relations in the time we have been together probably about 7-8 years ago i had unprotected sex with a few partner so i wanted to get tested. They did a blood test and sent it to the hospital that was yesterday around noon. Um that isn't irregular. Irregular means your period doesn't come on the same day each time. Mine are 40 days but I get it on the 40th day each time. If it gets longer by just a day or two then that is normal as well. ok im only 13 but i just got a hip surgery for a slid growthplate, which is something that only happens during the growth plate, but now during recovery, being in a wheel chair has made my bones weak and in serious pain. ive been drinking 4-5 large glasses of milk along with a full pinapple every two or 3 days. I also use braces for almost all my limbs witch works very well, there are ones at the 99 cent store that work the same as the expensive ones, and i frequently ice my hurting limbs and take ice baths. That's normal, and expect a lot especially within your first few periods. Expect to have heavier flow on the second day/night (prepare for a messy night tonight btw) Also you can expect to change a pad many times a day like you were doing. If you get a chance to change it and might not for a while, change it then. It can leak sometimes so also don't wear anything white or light colored. Also expect very painful cramps at times and bloating. When you are nearing/on your period you can expect that your body might retain water and you may end up gaining up to three pounds of water for the time being (which will then go away once your period is over though). You might also expect to need to take in more food because your body needs the extra nutrients and energy to go through this process, so you might be more hungry than usual.

I have a similar situation as you. I don't want to be on meds or counselling either. Believe it or not exercise has helped me regain control and also prevent depression from coming back. It balanced the receptors in my brain through the endorphin releases. Try and see if you can do 30 mins of ur fav cardio activity 3-5 times a week. It worked for me. :) there's hope. My dog barks at everything and he wont stop?

I got a second dog and when I got him he was quiet for the first month (most likely settling in). However, after 2 and a half months he won't stop barking. A few examples: When I go to the garage to get a drink out of the fridge, he barks. He barks when everyone isn't in the same room and won't stop which makes things difficult if someone in the house is upstairs. If I plan on taking him and my other dog for a walk, he will bark at me and try to shove my other dog out of the way as I try to put her leash on. He will continue to bark until I have him out the door. He also barks if I give any attention to my other dog and not him or if it even looks like I am going to pet my other dog. One of the major problems however is that he barks at lawn mowers that are more than a block away (making Sundays a real problem). He also barks at pretty much anything else. Even after 20 days of her expected period date she still didn't get periods. We visited a gynaecologist a week back. Pregnancy test was negative but she told that she can not confirm this at this stage and gave Duphaston tablets for 5 days. Is my football helmet to big? or is it bc of the missing pads?

so im a freshman in highschool and we got our helmets for football a few days ago, and the ear pads in the helmet are to small and the coach sed he'd get me a diff pair, and i havent completely got my chinstrap in place yet, but the helmet slides back on my head causeing the facemask to go up my head so looking through the bars and not the given hole to look through. im wondering what i can do to stop my helmet from doing that, is it bc of the small pads the un settled chin strap or is it just bc the helmets to big? i wear a medium, im 5 4, 105 lbs, not very strong. what can help it from sliding up and making me look through the bars?

Ok I'm 18 and I have ADHD and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder I'm currently on stable meds and see a doctor ... I just would like to know what the differences are in the 3 systems of how people with disabilitys get help with funding ??? I went to my local ssi office and they rejected my request for monthly help so I think of it as no big deal ... Well I have a friend who is the same as me and he's gotten 2 settlements from vesid for 15000 dollars each ... I was wondering what would happan if I were to lose my job becuase the ssi office told me that " I havnt worked enough " I'm still young but I'm in such a struggle and need help I live at home with my 56 year old disabled mother and I make 8 bucks an hour at a local fast food joint .... There has to be a way I just don't want to contact vesid or workers comp and sound like an idiot becuase I'm not sure of what to tell them ... In my case it would be considered a mental disability and it's been diagnosed since I was 12 and what would be my options am I allowed to settle or get monthly help ??? Birth control pills causing severe depression?

I am 15 years old and I have a family history of bipolar depression on both sides of the family. Recently it had been well controlled (no anxiety attacks, no harsh mood swings, no suicidal thoughts or actions, etc.). I have always had a very heavy, painful period. My cramps immobilize me and I get severe migraines the day before my period. My gynecologist recommended that I start a birth control regimen to regulate and lighten my period, so she prescribed me BeYaz and Naproxen 500 mg (I don't take the latter because it causes excessive joint pain). Ever since about a week after I started the pill I had been very irritable and moody, and recently it has progressed to the point where I cry all the time and sleep all day. The only thing I can compare it to is depression. I was wondering if it is all due to the certain pill or if it is entirely because of my preexisting condition. I want to fix it, but I cannot come off of the pill as I do not want to have to experience a painful period again and I have recently become sexually active (I don't want to hear it, it was a choice all on my own and I am in a very stable, happy relationship). Would asking about antidepressants interfere with the birth control pills or any pain medication in the Naproxen family? What kind of antidepressant works the best on minors? Should I try a different brand of birth control pill? Reminder, I CANNOT come off the pill. Thanks!
