What info can an obgyn share with a fam doctor?

Can a gynecologist give information to my family doctor without my consent? I saw a new obgyn and shared info about a miscarriage (that happened many years ago) and magically this appeared on my family doctors chart following the visit....without my consent. I know my family doctor personally and did not want her to have my sexual history or anything pertaining to, however I was not made aware this would be shared. This is on Ohio. Does anyone know the rules on this? I'm pretty pissed. Thx
