Gynecologist Appt! Please Help, Ladies!!!?

i am 15 years old and i have been to the gyno before...i couldn't (and still cant) get a tampon in. i was so uncomfortable that they could hardly do the examination. this time around, my period has been abnormally heavy (bled through) and i was feeling extremely fatigued, etc. my mom is taking me again but i dont know what to expect this time! i am not sexually active so are they going to do a PAP smear? i dont know what she's going to do when its a period problem...what should I expect/how should I calm down because I feel very nervous about it and scared!!! please please help me if you can!!! thank you!!!!
