Is a Nuclear incident inevitablle in the middle east in the next 10 years?

Instability in the region coupled with increased capabilities of hostile states such as Iran to manufacture such a device,attacking possibly Israel,possibly Southern Europe,or perhaps Israel using its ultimate defence against overwhelming Islamic aggresion?
