How long are you overly emotional before you get your period?

Um that isn't irregular. Irregular means your period doesn't come on the same day each time. Mine are 40 days but I get it on the 40th day each time. If it gets longer by just a day or two then that is normal as well. I don't really get too overly emotional to the point where I'm depressed but if I watch something like Marley and Me on my period I'll tear up some. You should probably go to your OBGYN. Your swings seem a tad extreme.
