First get those that are not welcome there, out. So all American and British troops are to pack up and bugger off. Iraq is a sovergn country, and they do things their way. They may not be democratic, but that is how that country has lasted several thousand years. The US cannot tell them how to run their affairs.(as the US is a country "just out of the pouch" a young one with a history of only 600 years.
