What do they do at a gynecologist. I'm scared. ?

If it's just a standard check up then you take off your trousers/knickers and get onto a table and they put a blanket over you. You put your feet into these raised platform things and when the gynaecologist is ready they will sit at your feet and lift the blanket. They do a scrape I think which is nothing, then they insert a metal thing into your vagina which is a little uncomfortable but it's no big deal. It's just to see your cervix. The whole thing will last about 5 mins and it's much less scary than you think.
